The fourth edition of the Trento Tunnels project assumes the form of a unique exhibition devoted to the theme of “histories of Nordic sport in Fiemme and the world.” Come January 2013, Val di Fiemme will be hosting the world cross-country ski and ski jumping competitions for the first time and this new edition of the Trento Tunnels provides a innovative overview of the material culture of skiing, its history and development, and its role both locally and throughout the world. The show opened to the public on October 18, 2012 and will remain open until the summer of 2013.
